The Macao Government held the second expert forum on the reclamation program for new towns at the Macao Cultural Centre on July 24. Song Jingsong, Director of the Guangdong Urban Development and Research Center, officials from Zhuhai Housing, Urban and Rural Construction Bureau and Hong Kong Planning Department, representatives and scholars from various societies in Macao were invited to the forum to discuss the planning scheme of "Developing a world-class coastal city".
