Aiming to "build an aviation town by forming a professional team, a united platform and three key industries", the Jinwan Government has recently released "The Integrated Solution for Investment Promotion Resources in Jinwan District", saying goodbye to the traditioally extensive way of attracting inbound investment.

After the organizational restructuring and merger, the Jinwan Investment Promotion Bureau now consists of an administrative department, an aviation investment promotion department, a biomedicine investment promotion department and an advanced manufacturing investment promotion department. The everyday operation of the bureau will be funded by the Jinwan Treasury while other large-scale events are to be borne by both the district and the township governments.

Du Zhuo, chief executive of Jinwan District, said, 2010 marked the very first year of attracting overseas investment by the uniform platform and this year's work would focus on aviation and biomedicine.
