The South China Yacht Club which settled in Pingsha Town, Jinwan District commenced construction on September 10th. When it is completed, the club will be one of the most important sales and distribution centers for yacht exhibition and aquatic products.in China as well as the largest and most well-equipped yacht club in South China. The estimated investment amounts to RMB 300 million, and the construction will be completed by the end of next year.
The project covers a land area of 30,000 sqkms and a marine area of some 200,000 sqkms. 200 yacht berths will be built in the first phase of the construction and more than 500 berths will follow in the long run. In addition, when the project is finished, the club will be the venue for the biennial China International Yacht EXPO in Zhuhai .
