Zhuhai is blessed with an exceptional ecological environment consisting out of mountain ranges, rivers and islands in combination with its amicable climate. It is the only city rated one of the "Top 40 Tourist Cities in China" for its overall urban landscape. With sufficient sunshine and heat, Zhuhai is of subtropical monsoon climate. The annual average temperature for 2009 is 23.2℃, with 6.5℃ being the lowest. The precipitation from April to September accounted for 89% of the total rainfall of 2134.4 mm in 2009.
